By accessing or using ALOS Public, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to the public site, public proof surfaces, and public Pigeon AI interface.
2. Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful informational, evaluation, and general productivity purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade security or rate limits, interfere with availability, upload malicious content, scrape in a manner that materially harms the service, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the service to violate applicable law.
3. AI outputs
AI-generated output is probabilistic and may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Do not treat AI output as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, safety, engineering, or other professional judgment. You are responsible for verifying important outputs before relying on them or taking action.
4. Proof and status pages
Public proof pages are sanitized engineering evidence and architecture summaries. They are not warranties, certifications, service-level commitments, audit opinions, security attestations, investment representations, or promises that a historical test is currently running. Live status is authoritative only for the specific live endpoint and time shown.
5. Third-party services
ALOS Public may depend on third-party infrastructure, models, networks, or services. Those services may have separate terms, licenses, privacy practices, availability limits, and security conditions. AL Solutions does not control third-party services.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the ALOS name, branding, site design, original text, and proprietary code are owned by or licensed to AL Solutions. Third-party names, logos, models, libraries, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AL Solutions and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or service interruption arising from or related to use of the Site. You are responsible for your use of the Site, the content you submit, and actions you take based on outputs. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify AL Solutions against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, infringement, or material violation of these Terms.
10. Changes, suspension, and governing rules
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue public features at any time, including for security, legal, technical, or business reasons. We may update these Terms prospectively. Applicable mandatory law remains controlling regardless of any term on this page.
