1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how AL Solutions ("AL Solutions," "we," "us") handles information when people use ALOS Public, including the public Pigeon AI experience and public proof pages. It applies only to public-facing ALOS services covered by this Site. Private founder systems, internal administration, employee systems, customer-specific deployments, and separate products may have different notices.
2. Information we may process
Information you provide
If you submit a prompt to Pigeon AI, the prompt and recent conversation context necessary to answer it are transmitted for inference. Do not submit passwords, private keys, health records, financial account information, confidential business information, or other sensitive data.
Commercial and hiring inquiries
If you use the ALOS contact form, we process the information you submit, such as your name, work email, company, role, inquiry details, preferred call time, inquiry type, and consent record, so we can review and respond to the request. These submissions are routed into the private ALOS control plane and are not published on the public site.
Technical and security information
Infrastructure providers may process network and device information such as IP address, browser or device type, request metadata, security signals, timestamps, and diagnostic information for delivery, abuse prevention, rate limiting, troubleshooting, and security.
Public-site storage
The current ALOS Public application does not intentionally persist public Pigeon chat content in its own application database. Infrastructure providers may still process or retain limited data under their own service terms, security settings, and legal obligations.
3. How information is used
- Provide the requested public website and AI responses.
- Measure aggregate page views, CTA interactions, completed inquiry events, referring hostnames, and UTM campaign source/medium values without cookies or stored IP addresses so we can improve site usefulness, acquisition channels, and conversion paths.
- Protect the service against abuse, malicious traffic, fraud, and security threats.
- Rate-limit requests and maintain availability.
- Diagnose errors, maintain reliability, and improve service operation.
- Comply with applicable law, enforce terms, and protect rights and safety.
4. AI processing
Public Pigeon requests are processed using Cloudflare Workers AI. Cloudflare states that Workers AI customer content is not made available to other Cloudflare customers and is not used to train Workers AI models or improve Cloudflare or third-party services without explicit consent. Model outputs can still be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate, so users should verify important information independently.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
ALOS Public does not intentionally deploy advertising, behavioral analytics, or personalization cookies at this time. The site may record aggregate first-party page-view and conversion-event counts, a referring hostname, and UTM source/medium values without setting an analytics cookie, creating a cross-site identifier, or storing the visitor IP address in the analytics record. Cloudflare security and traffic-management services may place strictly necessary cookies when required by enabled protections, for example to distinguish legitimate traffic, remember a passed security challenge, or operate rate limiting.
Because the current public site does not intentionally use non-essential cookies, ALOS Public does not presently display a consent banner. If non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising tags, or similar tracking technologies are added later, the Site should add consent controls before those technologies are activated where required by law.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose information to infrastructure, security, hosting, and AI service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the service; when required by law or legal process; or when necessary to protect users, the service, or the rights and safety of others. Public ALOS pages intentionally separate private operational systems and credentials from the public surface.
7. Retention
We aim to keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, including responding to commercial or hiring inquiries, maintaining reasonable business records, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and service operation. Contact-form records can be closed or marked as spam in the private ALOS lead inbox. Retention performed by infrastructure providers is governed by their applicable contracts, configurations, and policies.
8. Privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or information about certain disclosures of personal information. Rights are subject to legal exceptions and identity verification. ALOS Public does not knowingly discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
9. Children
ALOS Public is not directed to children under 16. Do not submit personal information about a child through public AI prompts. If we learn that information was collected from a child in circumstances requiring parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete or restrict it as required by applicable law.
10. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Internet and infrastructure processing may occur in the United States and other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable transfer requirements.
11. Contact and changes
Privacy or legal requests should be sent through an official AL Solutions contact channel identified on alossolutions.com. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
